Terms of Use

1. The App

DANSKY SP is an offline organiser for fireplace owners: appliance passport, documents, maintenance plan with reminders, seasonal checklists, service records, usage journal, PDF reports and backups. The App is free to use and contains no purchases or subscriptions. You do not need to own a DANSKY SP product to use it.

2. Safety notice

The App helps you organise information and reminders. It does not certify, inspect or diagnose your fireplace, does not control any device, and does not replace your appliance manual, a chimney sweep or a professional inspection. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and local regulations. Checklists and guides describe what to check, not how to repair.

In an emergency — if you smell gas, see smoke escaping into the room, notice damage, or your smoke or carbon monoxide alarm goes off — stop using the fireplace, leave the area if needed and contact emergency services (112 in the EU) or a qualified professional.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. These Terms supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA); if they conflict, the Standard EULA applies.

4. Your data

All information you enter is stored only on your device. You are responsible for the content you add and for keeping backups. If the App is deleted without a backup, its data is lost.

5. Reminders

Reminders depend on your device settings and permissions. We cannot guarantee that every reminder is delivered on time, and recommended intervals are starting suggestions that you should adjust to your manufacturer's instructions.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the App for unlawful purposes. Do not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the App except where the law allows it.

7. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or damage resulting from using a fireplace, missed maintenance or reliance on the App instead of professional advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

9. Intellectual property

The App, its name, design and content belong to DANSKY SP Z O O or its licensors. Apple and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc.

10. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
